Programs and Services

All of our programs are free for families living in “high risk” circumstances in the North York Area and many have waiting lists prior to admittance.

Home Visiting Program

Home Visiting Program for families needing support with children under the age of six years old. A Family Home Visitor would visit the family in their own home to give tips on many areas of parenting, including breast feeding, and sleeping through the night, nutrition, behaviour, or play activity ideas to help children learn. They help parents to find out about and take advantage of other resources and programs in your community. Where possible we try to match the culture and language of the family with that of the Family Home Visitor..
